The UK and the US have identified the FSB's Center 16 as being responsible for intrusion activity identified as ‘Energetic Bear’, ‘Berserk Bear’ and ‘Crouching Yeti’. They have been indicted by the FBI for targeting the systems controlling the Wolf Creek nuclear power plant in Kansas, US in 2017.
